Fire Safety Training.

Teaching You the Important Fundamentals During a Fire.

Extinguishers are a required and crucial component of your fire protection. Most employees in companies should be aware of where the nearest fire exits are and where the emergency meeting spot is located. However, it's even more crucial that staff members understand how to spot fire hazards, use extinguishers appropriately when necessary, and identify fire dangers.

After completing the appropriate training, your staff or coworkers will be able to detect different fire types, understand their chemistry, and know how and when to safely put out a fire. This will help avoid a fire from becoming out of hand.

  • S - Squeeze the lever above the handle. Release to stop the flow. (Some extinguishers have a button instead of a lever)
  • S - Sweep from side to side. Move toward the fire, aiming low at its base. Sweep until all of the flames are extinguished. Watch for re-igniting. Repeat as necessary.
